PURCHASING ASSISTANCE

We offer purchasing assistance for websites in China, Japan, Philippines, and Thailand.


CHINA

RMB x 9 + Bank Transfer Fee + ISF

ETA: 1-3 weeks once shipped out from China

For sites that do not offer free shipping, an additional 23 RMB for domestic shipping fee must be paid.


JAPAN

Small items: Yen x 0.43 + 50 (Checkout Fee) + ISF

Large items: Yen x 0.45 + 50 (Checkout Fee) + ISF

ETA: 1-3 weeks once shipped out from Japan

It takes at least 2 to 3 weeks for a box to be filled before we ship it out from Japan. ISF is based on the total size and weight of an item, which may include the Japanese seller's packaging. It is calculated upon arrival in the Philippines, starting at ₱ 80.00 per 100 grams. Heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges.

Example: If a small item (which may include the Japanese seller's packaging) weighs 50 grams, the ISF is ₱ 40.00.

For sites that do not offer free shipping, the domestic shipping fee will be added to the total price.


PHILIPPINES

Peso + 50 + ISF

ETA: 3-5 days once shipped out from the seller’s address

For sites that do not offer free shipping, an additional ₱ 54.00 to 104.00 for domestic shipping fee must be paid.


THAILAND

Baht x 2.0 + DSF (if applicable) + 80

Thailand rate is all-in. Only the packaging and local shipping fees must be paid once the order arrives in the Philippines. Heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges.

GENERAL


For Group Orders, Preorders, and On-hand items posted under reosae only. or reosaeph only.


1. Reply to the selling post or send us a message with a link of the item you want to purchase.

2. Wait for the invoice and fill out the payment form.

3. If the item is from a Group Order/Preorder, wait for your order to arrive in the Philippines. An Arrival Notice will be sent to you and any remaining balance must be settled within 3 days upon receipt of the notice.

4. If the item is on hand, fill out the shipping form when you are ready to have it shipped.


PURCHASING ASSISTANCE


For purchasing assistance, we only transact on Twitter through mashles and Facebook through reosaeph only..


1. Send us the link or QR Code of the listing you want us to purchase.

2. Prepare a minimum down payment of 50% to secure your order. See our rates here.

3. Wait for the invoice and fill out the payment form.

4. Listings will be purchased within minutes if we are online or at least within 24 hours if offline. We will send you proof of purchase once the order is secured.

5. If the item in the link or QR Code is unavailable, sold, or deleted before we can purchase it, you may choose to submit another listing or opt for a refund of the amount you paid. Refunds will be issued immediately if preferred.

6. Wait for your order to arrive. We will only send arrival photos once orders arrive in the Philippines.

7. We will send you an invoice for fees (if applicable) once the order is in transit to the Philippines. Fees must be paid within 3 days upon receipt of the invoice.

8. An Arrival Notice will be sent to you once your order arrives in the Philippines. Any remaining balance must be settled within 3 days upon receipt of the notice.

1. How can I order?

You can order by replying directly to a selling post or sending us a message. For purchasing assistance, please refer to this guide.

2. Can you ship worldwide?

Yes. We can ship via LBC Express or PHLPost.

3. I joined a split. Why did I not receive an invoice?

Splits will only proceed if all characters or variations in a set are claimed. If not all are claimed by the given deadline of order, the split is automatically cancelled.

4. How can I pay?

There is a payment form attached to your invoice.

5. I did not receive an invoice, and the deadline of payment has passed. When will I receive it?

If you did not receive an invoice, it will be sent within 2 days and the DOP will be extended. No late payment fees will apply.

6. Why is my order code not in the Master List?

The Master List is updated every Sunday. Please check again after the update.

7. I filled out the payment form. Will my payment be confirmed via DM?

No. The automated form response sent to your email serves as your payment confirmation.

8. Is there an update on my order?

If your order is still within the ETA stated in your invoice, it is either awaiting shipment from the manufacturer or in transit to the Philippines. We will provide no further updates unless there is a delay.

9. When will my order arrive/how much do I need to pay/is there an update on...?

All relevant information can be found in the selling post, your invoice, and the emails you receive upon filling out forms.

10. Can I ask for proof of purchase?

We only send proof of purchase for orders placed through our purchasing assistance. We do not send proof of purchase for Group Orders/Preorders.

11. I submitted the shipping form. When will my order be shipped?

Our shipping schedule is listed here. Any changes will be posted under the hashtag #レインcheck on Twitter. Tracking numbers will be provided within 24-72 hours after the shipping schedule.

12. I submitted the shipping form during your shipping schedule. Why was my order not shipped?

Our shipping queue is determined by the timestamp in your form responses. We ship a maximum of 50 orders per schedule. If your order was not shipped, it will be included in the next schedule.

13. I submitted the shipping form for this schedule. Can I still change my address or combine a new order code?

No. Kindly submit another entry if you want to have new order codes shipped.

14. I availed your purchasing assistance, and the item turned out to be fake/damaged or has undisclosed flaws. What do I do?

If the item was purchased directly from the manufacturer, we will assist you in communicating the issue. However, if it was purchased from a second-hand marketplace such as Mercari, Xianyu, or Shopee International, we will not be able to provide further assistance.

We only purchase the items for you. Please make sure to check the item name, description, photos, and seller ratings of a listing before sending us a link or QR Code.

This Guide is part of our Terms and Conditions and may be used as a reference for undefined terms herein.


I. GENERAL

A. A transaction is only considered valid and binding once an official invoice has been issued by us and received by you. We reserve the right not to process or fulfill any order until an invoice has been sent.

B. All orders are PAYO unless otherwise stated in the selling post or invoice.

C. All payments are nonrefundable unless the order is out of stock.

D. Cancellation of order is not allowed. Cancellation Fee for extenuating circumstances only (to be determined by us) is 70% of your total order amount and must be paid within 15 minutes after cancellation.

E. Deadlines of payment are fixed. If you miss a deadline of payment, you are required to pay the Late Payment Fee.

Late Payment Fee is an additional ₱ 25.00 per day to your total order amount after the deadline of payment until paid.

Late payments are accepted for up to 7 days only, after which the order will be forfeited without refund.

F. Estimated Time of Arrival of orders is subject to change depending on the manufacturer, site shipping schedule, and/or courier delays due to port congestion, inclement weather, holidays, customs and clearance, and peak seasons.

G. We are not liable for any manufacturing, design, or functionality defects that may come with your order.

If you believe there is an issue with the item you received, you must provide a raw, uncut unboxing video showing the outer packaging (all sides and with the waybill in full display) still sealed and intact.

We will assist you in communicating with the manufacturer to the extent of our abilities.

H. We have the right to cancel or refuse a claim/order from you even if you had already paid (we will refund you the exact amount you paid via GCash only) if you are:

a) a scammer;
b) a known bogus buyer/joy reserver;
c) rude, condescending, lying, or demanding; and/or
d) in violation of our Terms and Conditions.


II. SHIPPING

I. Couriers and shipping fees for buyers with overseas shipping addresses are subject to change depending on the item (e.g. electronic, with batteries, or heavier than the standard weight for such item) and destination (i.e. city or remote area).

J. Our shipping schedule is every 15th and 30th of the month only. This is subject to change depending on our availability or if there are holidays.

Rush shipping is not available. Shipping updates can be found under the hashtag #レインcheck on Twitter.

K. We are not liable for any damages, delays, or losses once parcels are handed over to the courier service.

If you believe there is an issue with your parcel's tracking status or condition incurred during transit, we will assist you in communicating with the courier service to the extent of our abilities.


III. GROUP ORDER

L. All items are under FETA once shipped out from the origin country except Japan which is always under NETA unless otherwise stated.

M. Production delays may occur if there are issues with the manufacturer. Do not order if you are impatient.


IV. SPECIAL ORDER OR BACKORDER

N. Special Orders or Backorders are subject to stock availability. You accept that stocks may run out at any time and your reservation may be cancelled by the manufacturer/supplier without prior notice.


V. PURCHASING ASSISTANCE

O. We are not liable for the condition of the orders placed through our purchasing assistance. If the order turns out to be fake, damaged, or has undisclosed flaws, you, the buyer, fully accept it as is.


VI. REFUNDS

P. We do not accept returns or offer replacements. Refunds will only be issued for orders that are out of stock.

Q. Unpaid or partially paid orders with overdue or missed payments are subject to forfeiture without refund if no response is received within 7 days upon receipt of the arrival notice.


VII. CONSOLIDATION

R. Consolidation period is 14 days per order code upon receipt of the arrival notice. After this period, your order will be forfeited without refund, and we have the right to resell or dispose of it at our discretion regardless of your payment.

BANK TRANSFER FEE (BTF)

Fee charged by banks when we make international payments. If you're from overseas availing our purchasing assistance in the Philippines, the standard BTF is InstaPay Transfer Fee worth ₱ 15.00 or $ 0.30.


CANCELLATION FEE (CF)

Cancellation Fee per order code is 70% of your total order amount.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEE (DSF)

Shipping fee from the seller’s address to our address in the same country.

Example: China has a minimum DSF of 23 RMB or ₱ 207.00 per checkout regardless of the number of items or size of the parcel.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE (ISF)

Shipping fee from the origin country to the Philippines. For Group Orders, ISF is divided equally among all buyers included in the same batch of shipment.

ISF per buyer is calculated considering the volumetric weight of each item.

Example: China has a minimum ISF of 29 RMB or ₱ 261.00 per checkout regardless of the number of items or size of the parcel.


LATE PAYMENT FEE (LPF)

If you miss a deadline of payment, you are required to pay an additional ₱ 25.00 per day to your total order amount after the deadline of payment until paid. Late payments are accepted for up to 7 days only, after which the order will be forfeited without refund.

Example: If you miss the deadline of payment by 5 days, you are required to pay ₱ 125.00 on top of your original total order amount. If you miss it by 8 days, your order is automatically forfeited without refund.


LOCAL SHIPPING FEE (LSF)

Shipping fee from our Philippine address to yours.


PACKAGING FEE (PF)

Fee for materials used in packaging your order. Packaging Fee is fixed to ₱ 15.00 and is paid per shipment.

Packaging materials account for any or all of the following: bubble mailer/bubble wrap, corrugated box, packaging tapes, poly mailer, top loader (for photocards), and chipboards.

ARRIVAL NOTICE

You will receive this notice once your order arrives in the Philippines.


CANCELLATION NOTICE

You will receive this notice if your order is out of stock or cancelled by the site/manufacturer.


INVOICE

Invoice is issued to you once your order is confirmed. This can take us up to 7 days to issue especially for Group Orders. It includes all the necessary details such as order code, item name, price, ETA, deadline of payment, payment form, shipping form, and navigation links.

DEADLINE OF ORDER (DOO)

You can only place an order for a specific item on or before this date.


GROUP ORDER (GO)

A Group Order is a shared order between multiple buyers to reduce fees.


PREORDER

Period in which we can accept orders for specific items. This usually depends on the site/manufacturer's own preorder period.


RESALE

A rerelease of an old product.


SOON TO BE ON HAND (STBO)

An order that is secured but yet to arrive or in transit to the Philippines.


SPECIAL ORDER (SO) OR BACKORDER (BO)

Pending order that is subject to stock availability. These are usually items ordered past the preorder period that we have to source outside the manufacturer. SO/BO prices are higher than preorder prices.


SPLIT

When an order with multiple characters/variations can only be purchased as a set, multiple buyers join a split to claim their desired characters/variations. A split can only proceed if all are claimed within the given deadline of order.

Example: Buyer A, B, and C join a split to purchase 1 set of Blue Lock Onemutan. Buyer A claimed Nagi and Reo, Buyer B claimed Rin and Sae, and Buyer C claimed Bachira and Isagi to complete the set.

ALL-IN

Price that includes all fees such as bank transfer, domestic shipping (if applicable), and international shipping. No other fees must be paid except for packaging and local shipping once the order arrives in the Philippines.


BASE PRICE

Basic cost of an item without any fees included. Fees are usually paid once the item is in transit to the Philippines.


DEADLINE OF PAYMENT (DOP)

You can only settle your payment on or before this date. Failure to settle on this date will incur late payment fees for up to 7 days or forfeiture of the order without refund.


DOWN PAYMENT (DP)

Minimum amount you are required to pay to secure your order.


MODE OF PAYMENT (MOP)

Your payment options. We can accept payments from any bank, site, or third-party application as long as it can transfer to GCash.


PAY AS YOU ORDER (PAYO)

Payment must be made within 15 minutes upon receipt of invoice.


PAY WHEN ON HAND (PAWO)

Payment must be made once the order arrives in the Philippines.


REMAINING BALANCE

Amount you need to pay to settle your outstanding balance. We will only ship orders once the remaining balance and fees (if applicable) are paid.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)

Estimated time of arrival of an order to the Philippines. ETA is subject to change depending on the manufacturer, site shipping schedule, and/or courier delays due to port congestion, inclement weather, holidays, customs and clearance, and peak seasons.

ETA does not include the period of sorting, packaging, and shipping once the orders arrive in the Philippines.

Example: If your order's ETA is June-August, it means the expected arrival date is between June 1 to August 31.


FAST ETA (FETA)

Arrival to the Philippines is within 1-3 weeks after shipout from the origin country.


MODE OF DELIVERY (MOD)

Your shipping options. We only ship via J&T Express, LBC Express, or PHLPost.


NORMAL ETA (NETA)

Arrival to the Philippines is within 4-8 weeks after shipout from the origin country.

VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT

Overall size of a parcel. Volumetric weight is calculated using L x W x H / 6000.

Example: a 9 cm. plushie weighing 75 g. shipped in a 13 cm. x 13 cm. x 10 cm. box has a volumetric weight of 282 g.
